How to Use
1. Define the brows with the crayon tip using LIGHT FEATHERY STROKES. Starting at the ARCH of brow working it outwards.
2. Blend the color with the EYEBROW POWDER starting from the ARCH towards the end of brow.
3. With the remaining color, use the brush to lightly brush through the front of brows to give a soft natural effects.
