Measures against the hand sanitizer shortage
As the virus spread globally, there was an alarming shortage of hand sanitizer, an essential product in the fight against Covid-19. L’Oréal Paris responded by making its cosmetics factories produce free hand sanitizers for those tirelessly working on the frontline to curb this pandemic.
2 million hydro-alcoholic hand sanitizer gels On April 5th, L’Oréal Paris delivered its first bottles of medical grade hydro-alcoholic hand sanitizer gels to hospitals. 2 million bottles have since been supplied by the brand, available in two formats: a 400 ml bottle designed for hospitals, and a 125 ml bottle for retirement homes.
